The products listed in your order are located and matched against the order details, including product type, quantity, edition, language, and condition where applicable.

We check the order for visible product issues, quantity errors, and packaging concerns before the products are prepared for shipment.

PROTECTIVE PACKING
Carefully prepared for transit
Products are packaged using materials appropriate for the order to help reduce movement and protect the contents during normal carrier handling.

SHIPPING
Transferred to the carrier
A shipping label is created and the package is transferred to the selected carrier. Tracking information is sent by email when it becomes available.
