7. Trading Card Products

The contents of booster packs, booster boxes, mystery products, and other randomized trading card products are determined by the manufacturer.

Unless expressly guaranteed in the product description, we do not guarantee:

• A particular card or character
• A specific rarity or card distribution
• A particular pull rate
• A guaranteed market or resale value
• A specific grading result
• A profit or investment return

Trading cards and collectibles should be purchased for personal use and enjoyment rather than as guaranteed investments.

8. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website. Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not ordinarily affect an order we have already accepted.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

A preorder is an order for a product expected to become available at a future date.

Release dates are generally supplied by manufacturers, publishers, or distributors and may change without advance notice.

Unless expressly described as guaranteed, preorder release and shipping dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

If a preorder experiences a material delay, we will provide any notice, delay-consent option, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

An order containing available products and preorder products may be held until all products are available unless split shipping is offered or arranged.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, rates, processing times, and estimated transit times are described during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, address problems, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or is transferred to the carrier.

15. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law. Nothing in this section eliminates responsibilities that a seller or carrier cannot lawfully disclaim.

Customers should promptly notify us of an order that arrives damaged, is confirmed lost by the carrier, or appears to have been delivered to an incorrect location.

16. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, opened products, damaged orders, incorrect products, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Factory-sealed trading card products must generally remain unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a change-of-mind return.

This condition does not eliminate legal rights concerning products that arrive damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or different from what was ordered.

17. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, gift cards, and discount codes may be subject to separate eligibility conditions, expiration dates, exclusions, and purchase limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one discount code may be used per order
• Discounts cannot be applied after checkout
• Discounts have no cash value
• Excluded or limited products may not qualify
• Promotions may not be combined

We may cancel a promotion or refuse a discount when there is a technical error, misuse, fraud, or violation of the promotion’s disclosed terms.
